To provide a colored photosensitive resin composition capable of forming a coating film, a pattern and a color filter with excellent heat resistance.
The colored photosensitive resin composition includes a colorant (A), a binder resin (B), a photopolymerizable compound (C), a photopolymerization initiator (D) and a solvent (E), wherein the colorant (A) is a dye-containing colorant and the binder resin (B) is a resin containing a polycarboxylic acid resin (BA) obtained by reacting a polymer, prepared by reacting one or more epoxy resins (a) having two glycidyl groups, one or more dibasic acids (b) represented by the formula (Bb): HOOC-Ra-COOH, and one or more ethylenically unsaturated monocarboxylic acids (c), with one or more polybasic acid anhydrides (d), wherein Ra represents a 2-8C divalent aliphatic hydrocarbon group or a 3-8C divalent alicyclic hydrocarbon group, provided that hydrogen atoms contained in the aliphatic hydrocarbon group and the alicyclic hydrocarbon group may be substituted by hydroxy groups.
