To provide a coloring composition for color filter, which can form a color filter, in which the electrical properties of a colored layer do not cause orientation disturbance of a liquid crystal and have no adverse effects on switching performance and a color filter, in which a colored layer provided on a substrate for driving of a thin film transistor (TFT) system color liquid crystal display device, also has superior electrical properties, and to provide a color filter.
The coloring composition for color filter contains a copolymer (A) of maleic anhydride and at least one of ethylenic unsaturated monomers, other than maleic anhydride, a pigment, a binder resin (B), an active energy ray-polymerizable monomer, or an active energy ray polymerization initiator.
