Abstract:
To provide a coloring composition and a photosensitive coloring composition that are superior in viscosity stability, and then to use them to provide a color filter of high quality which less includes foreign matter and further has superior solvent resistance, and a color liquid crystal display device.SOLUTION: The problem to be solved is solved with a coloring composition that includes a coloring agent (A), a dispersant (B), a binder resin (C), and an organic solvent (S), and is characterized in that: the coloring agent (A) includes one kind or more of organic pigment (A1) selected from the group of pigments expressed by general formulas (1)-(3); and the organic solvent (S) includes an organic solvent (S1) which has a boiling point of 120-180°C at 760 mmHg and a viscosity of 0.5 mPa s or higher and less than 1.0 mPa s at 25°C.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
