PURPOSE: To provide at a relatively low cost a weather resistance and an abrasion resistance that can sufficiently withhold a heavy load to a colored portion of a tire by applying an electron-beam setting coloring paint of rubberiness to the tire after shaping, and subsequently by setting the portion by radiation of an electron-beam.

CONSTITUTION: A tire 1 is moved from an entrance side to an exit side by a conveyor 8 which is covered with a lead covering to control X ray. The conveyor 8 is of a folding construction to control X ray, and shutters 5 are provided at the entrance and the exit that are of folded portions. Inside of the conveyor 8 is filled with an inactive gas form an inactive gas supply opening 4. The shutters 5, lifts 6 and the conveyor 8 are linked and if the shutters 5 open, the lifts are lowered. An electron-beam generating device 2 is basically identical to an X ray generating device. A rubber like resin radiated with an electron-beam 2 is set and makes a coating excellent in weather resistance and abrasion resistance without causing any deterioration of the characteristics of the tire by the colored portion.
