PURPOSE: To obtain remarkable strength by joining a metal fixture body to the upper surface of the lower surface of a column, and providing joints joining beams to the side of the metal fixture body to fill mortar in the metal fixture body.

CONSTITUTION: A lower member 16 is welded to a cylindrical member 14, and after cement mortar 17 is placed in the cylindrical member 14 to solidify, an upper member 15 is welded to manufacture a metal fixture body 12. After that, two joints 13 are welded to the side of the metal fixture body 12 to manufacture a column and beam joining metal fixture 11. A column 21 is welded to the upper surface of the lower surface of the joining metal fixture 11 and, at the same time, beams are welded to the joints 13 of the sides. According to the constitution, strength sufficient against vertical and horizontal load can be obtained.
