To provide a column and beam unit for hut construction which has constant shape retention property and durability, and is easy to be constructed and disassembled, and a hut structure using the same.

A column and beam unit 1 comprises: a pair of ascend beam members 2 which have ends connected to each other to define the pitch of a roof; a pair of column members 3 for standing and holding the unit by connecting their ends nearby both the ends of the respective beam members; and a pair of beam support members 4 for retaining the shape of the whole unit by being arranged in an intersection state by connecting one-end sides to the pair of column members and connecting the other-end sides to halfway positions of the ascend beam members to which the opposite column members are connected. Intersection parts of the beam support members are also similarly connected. Connection means 5 of the respective members each employ a fastening configuration using a bolt and a nut. The hut structure includes a column and beam unit group constituted by arranging the plurality of column and beam units of which the shape is retained at positions of gables thereof and at positions opposite and in parallel to the gable positions at suitable intervals in a crossbeam direction, and the column and beam unit group is constructed by attaching crossbeam members, eves members, etc.
