Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a column member with a drag reducing function for surely reducing a shape drag (pressure resistance).
SOLUTION: On a shaft 4, the air flows around the circumferential face relatively. In the shaft 4, a projection part 5 is formed only in a predetermined angle area position within a range of 90-180° corresponding to the lateral rear position of the circumferential face with respect to a reference point (point P) at the tip of the circumferential face facing the air flow direction.
