PURPOSE: To reduce crosstalk of a chrominance signal between lines and to improve the accuracy of YC separation by providing 1st-5th subtractor circuits, a low pass filter whose input terminal connects to an output terminal of the 5th subtractor circuit, a luminance signal output terminal connecting to an output terminal of the above low pass filter, and a chrominance signal output terminal connecting to a band pass filter to the title filter.
CONSTITUTION: The title filter is provided with a 1/2 circuit 18 halving an output of an adder circuit 17, a coefficient circuit 19 outputting logical 0 when an output of a subtractor circuit 16 is logical 0 and outputting logical 1 when the output of the subtractor circuit 16 is other than logical 0, and a multiplier circuit 20 multiplying the output of the 1/2 circuit 18 and the output of the coefficient circuit 19, and further with a low pass filter 10 whose input terminal connects to an output terminal of a subtractor circuit, a luminance signal output terminal 11 connecting to an output terminal of the low pass filter 10, and a chrominance signal output terminal 12 connecting to the band pass filter 9. The subtractor are formed by using a NOT circuit 24 and adder circuits 25, 26.
