Abstract:
To provide pharmaceutical compositions and therapeutic methods having an excellent antitumor effect and safety, which are combined administrations of antibody-drug conjugates and immune checkpoint inhibitors.SOLUTION: Provided are: a pharmaceutical composition and therapeutic method, in which an antibody-drug conjugate in which a drug linker represented by the following formula (where A represents a binding position with the antibody) and the antibody are bound via a thioether bond is administered in combination with an immune checkpoint inhibitor; and a pharmaceutical composition and therapeutic method containing the antibody-drug conjugate, which are used in the treatment of a disease ameliorated by the effect of activating anti-tumor immunity.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
