This combination bag or shoulder bag and chair for sitting with the knees bent and with toes directly beneath the body includes: a container having rigidity, dimensions and shape to be used as a chair for sitting with the knees bent and with toes directly beneath the body when it is placed under the buttocks with the bottom up, and with the opening part down; an inner body having the bottom and the opening part freely opened and closed; and a bag or shoulder bag body, wherein the container is stored with the bottom thereof coming into contact with the inner bag.
