To provide a combination faucet which can establish compatibility between space saving and an improvement in mounting workability, and a method for mounting the combination faucet.

The combination faucet includes two eccentric pipes 2 which are connected to hot-water supply piping and water supply piping arranged on the backside of a wall W from the front side of the wall, and a faucet body 1 which is arranged at the front side of the wall and to which the two eccentric pipes are assembled. The faucet body has two through-holes 10 which have a wall-directed opening 11 opened toward the wall and a reversed opening 12 opened in a state of directing its backside toward the wall, and hold the eccentric pipe inserted to a position to be capable of being connected to the hot-water supply piping or the water supply piping from the reversed opening, so that the eccentric pipe cannot come off from the wall-directed opening. The eccentric pipe in a state of being inserted into the through-hole and not being connected to the hot-water supply piping and the water supply piping can be turned on the central axis of the eccentric pipe.
