Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combination manufacturing device for an asphalt mixture and a foamed asphalt mixture capable of smoothly manufacturing the foamed asphalt mixture and the normal asphalt mixture with the single device and capable of reducing the facility cost and saving a space.
SOLUTION: A liquid asphalt is sprayed into a feed pipeline from an asphalt spray pump, and pressure water is sprayed by the quantity corresponding to the asphalt spray quantity from a spray nozzle provided in the feed pipeline. Foamed asphalt is formed, it is mixed with the aggregates from an aggregate measuring tank and kneaded into a foamed asphalt mixture. When a normal asphalt mixture is to be manufactured, low-pressure air is sprayed from the spray nozzle 1 in place of the pressure water to prevent the clogging of the spray nozzle 1. The pressure water and pressure air are switched by a solenoid valve.
