Abstract:
A combined oil control ring (1) comprising a pair of circular side rails (2) each having a gap, and a waved spacer expander (3) longitudinally sandwiched by the side rails (2), which has seating tabs (4) for pushing inner surfaces of the side rails (2) on the inner side, (a) the radial thickness a 1 of the side rail (2) being 50-90% of the height a 9 of the spacer expander (3), or (b) the height a 10 of the seating tab (4) being 23-60% of the height a 9 of the spacer expander (3).
