A small-diameter sleeve 13 for forming a ventilation passage is supported by a support stay 14 at a large-diameter sleeve 12 mounted in a combustion chamber 3. A burner gun 15 for ejecting a quenching gas is provided at a cylindrical axial center corresponding position of the sleeve 13. A swirler 18 for generating a vortex flow for stabilizing the flame is attached to an end of the gun 15. Ten main fuel nozzles 19 for ejecting city gas (13A) dispersively to a periphery of the swirler 18 are provided. An annular primary air supply passage R1 for supplying primary air for combustion is provided between the sleeve 13 and the nozzles 19. An annular secondary air supply passage R2 for supplying secondary air for combustion is provided between the gun 15 and the nozzles 19 to enlarge a burning range.
