Abstract:
PURPOSE: To sharply make a drawing shape by obtaining a large impact force in a drawing time.
CONSTITUTION: In this combination press forming method, an upper die pad 36 and an upper die frame 34 attached on a lift mechanism are held unable to move relatively in a state of being separated by a prescribed distance in the press direction. After then, a panel w as the raw material is formed with drawing between a panel forming face 36m of the upper die pad 36 and a panel forming face 24m of a lower die 24 by lowering the upper die frame 34. After drawing, the upper die pad 36 and the upper die frame 34 are held being able to be approached mutually in the press direction. By lowering the upper die frame 34, a secondary working punch 34h fixed on the upper die frame 34 is projected from the panel forming face 36m, the secondary working is executed onto the panel after drawing. Therefore, in the time of forming with drawing, the pressing force from the upper die frame 34 is applied directly onto the upper die pad 36 and the large impact force can be obtained in the drawing time.
