Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact combination printer capable of applying sharp multicolor printing on a sheet simultaneously, and performing offset printing and intaglio printing by one pass.SOLUTION: A combination printer includes an offset printing part 5 and an intaglio printing part 6. The offset printing part 5 includes an upper printing part 34 having an upper impression cylinder 12 and a lower printing part 35 having a lower impression cylinder 13. The upper printing part includes an upper ink supply unit 37 and an upper rubber cylinder 36. The upper ink supply unit includes upper first and second ink devices, and upper first and second plate cylinders. The lower printing part includes a lower ink supply unit 52 and a lower rubber cylinder 51. The lower ink supply unit includes lower first to fourth ink devices, and lower first to fourth plate cylinders. The ink devices of the upper and lower ink supply units are retractable respectively. The intaglio printing part 6 includes an intaglio impression cylinder 21 connected to the offset printing part 5 by transfer cylinders 14-18, an ink supply unit 73, and an intaglio cylinder 71.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
