Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the operability by reading in the recognition information of a tag chip embedded in a key to a reader unit through an antenna provided in a lock unit.
SOLUTION: A key 30 is made to come close to a key hole 5, and the electric power is supplied to a tag chip 31 of the key 30 by the electromagnetic induction through an antenna 28 provided in a lock unit 3 or a guard ring 2, and the recognition information stored in the chip 31 is fed to a reader unit 29 through the antenna 28. The unit 29 checks the fed information with the stored normal recognition information, and in the case of coincidence, current is supplied to an electric lock 21 so as to attract a plunger 21, and a tip thereof is removed from a notch part 14a of a lock plate, and the lock of the lock plate with a case main body 11 is released. The key 30 is inserted into the key hole 5 so as to release the lock of a locking rotor 4 with the lock main body by a pin tumbler mechanism 6, and the rotor 4 is turned by the key 30 so as to rotate the lock plate connected to the rotor 4 in the releasing direction. With this structure, operation is unconventionally facilitated without changing direction of the key for movement.
