Abstract:
To provide a pharmaceutical composition for the treatment of patients suffering from asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) or other respiratory diseases.
There is provided a pharmaceutical composition comprising andolast di-sodium salt, which is a calcium-activated potassium channel opener, and glucocorticoid, which is selected from the group consisting of prednisolone, beclometasone dipropionate, fluticasone propionate, budesonide, dexamethasone, mometasone furoate, zoticasone and ciclesonide, and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier or excipient.
