Abstract:
To provide a method for synthesizing a heterocyclic organic compound combinational library synthesized on a solid phase starting substance, and to provide for assaying biologically activity with the library.
The library of heterocyclic organic compounds, a method for producing the library, and a method for assaying. The heterocyclic organic compounds are produced from solid surface form start substances derived from a starting resin. Compounds react with the resin to impart cyclic groups or form the cyclic groups. These reactions are performed according to a divided resin procedure to enlarge the size the library and to make it possible to react the respective different compounds with a plurality of sub-amounts.
