The grass-dividing device 8 and the raising device 9 are constituted so as to be integrally and freely turned in the upper and lower direction by using a turning axis center S arranged at the upper part of a reaping part 4 as a fulcrum. The automatically controlled state of a threshing depth by a threshing depth-automatically controlling means T is stopped or interrupted according to the upper turning of the grass-dividing device 8 and the raising device 9. In another embodiment, a target threshing depth in the threshing depth-automatically controlling means T is corrected to a deeply threshing side by a prescribed amount. The automatically controlled state of the threshing depth by the threshing depth-automatically controlling means T is started or restarted according to the lower turning of the grass-dividing device 8 and the raising device 9. In another embodiment, the target threshing depth in the threshing depth-automatically controlling means T is corrected to a shallowly threshing side by a prescribed amount.
