To provide a combine harvester of which machine body is made as hardly rolling over so as to improve safety, and also improving working efficiency by making the combine harvester as easily performing the work of housing the combine harvester into a storage or covering a protective sheet on it.

Firstly, the combine harvester is provided by installing a cereal grain-discharging device (31) as freely swinging at a cereal grain-storing device (4), and the cereal grain-discharging device (31) is provided with a supporting member (40) for preventing the roll-over of the machine body and freely switching its working posture and non-working posture. Secondly, the supporting member (40) is attached at the upper part of the cereal grain-discharging device (31) as freely up and down rotatable. Thirdly, the supporting member (40) is attached at the upper part of the cereal grain-discharging device (31) as freely rotatable in lateral direction. Fourthly, in the case that the inclining angle of the machine body exceeds a set angle, the combine harvester is constituted so that the supporting member (40) is switched to the working posture automatically.
