PURPOSE: To obtain a combine capable of detecting disturbed right and left balance of a machine body, changing the right and left position of a reaping and pretreating device to a traveling machine body and holding good travel posture while suppressing the disturbed balance of the machine body.

CONSTITUTION: A reaping pretreating device 8 is provided movably in the traverse direction to a traveling machine body 9 and a recovery tank 6 for the first crop is provided at the back of the traveling machine body 9. The weight of the first crop contained in the tank 6 is detected by a load cell type detecting sensor 14 to move the reaping and pretreating device 8 to an unreaped side as the amount recovered in the tank 6 is increased over the set value. Thereby the disturbed balance of the machine body is suppressed.
