To provide a complex air-conditioner, consisting of an electrothermal output device such as a fuel cell, a vapor compression type heat pump device and an adsorption type freezer, capable of increasing output between the devices and improving general efficiency.
The complex air conditioner includes the fuel cell 1, the vapor compression type heat pump device 4 equipped with a compressor 4a driven by electric output by the fuel cell 1 and capable of switching cooling operation and heating operation, an adsorption type freezer 3 equipped with an adsorber A with which thermal output of the fuel cell is introduced and regenration desorption of adsorbent is performed during the cooling operation by the vapor compression type heat pump device and a first heat exchanger 6 for executing heat exchange between cold output generated by an evaporator C constituting the adsorption type freezer and a downstream side refrigerant of an outdoor heat exchanger (condenser) 4c constituting the vapor compression type heat pump device and cool down the downstream side refrigerant of the outdoor heat exchanger.
