PURPOSE: To obtain stabilized air speed in the surface of an opening in spite of the opening area of an opening window for working, and balance the supplying air with discharging air in a room while preventing the discharge of excessive amount of indoor air.
CONSTITUTION: An air-conditioning machine 49 supplying only air-conditioned outside air is connected to a laboratory 1. An air discharging duct 23, discharging indoor air through the opening window 5 for working is connected to the exhaust port 13 of a chamber 9. An air supplying duct 27, supplying outside air, is connected to an indoor air supplying port 25. In order to keep an air speed in the opening window 5 for working in constant and equalize the total supplying amount of air to the discharging amount of air from an exhaust fan 39 at all times, an air amount regulator 15, effecting the proportional control of the air supplying amount and air discharging amount, is provided between the air discharging port 13 and the air discharging port 23 and between the indoor air supplying port 25 and the air supplying duct 27.
