PURPOSE: To increase degree of freedom in combination with another process so as to eliminate a waiting time by providing a tray, which is freely movable in the perpendicular direction to the progressing direction of a combined belt material and can parallelly carry the combined materials cut by the predetermined length on it in the cutting order.

CONSTITUTION: When a driving roller 1 rotates, the tip of a combined belt material, in which an adhesive tape 31 is stuck on a sponge belt material 30, reaches the position, in which it is cut by a cutter 4 and a pressing plate 3. Then, the combined belt material is fed onto a tray 11 in the required order according to the required length dimension, and the cutter 4 is lowered so as to cut the combined belt material with using the pressing plate 3, and subsequently, the tray 11 moves to the left by properly larger amount than the width of the combined belt material. Then, the secondarily required combined belt material is fed onto the tray 11 by the required length to be cut by the cutter 4 and the pressing plate 3. When the number of supplied combined belt material reaches the required number for a work, the tray 11 is returned to the original position and waits the following supply of the combined belt material for the next work.
