To provide a care bed capable of allowing the labor load on a carer to be the minimum when a bedridden patient takes a bath or goes to a bathroom.
A bathtub 16 with a drain pump attached thereto is arranged under the bed. The bed has double-layer mats 13, which are vertically moved by each alternate group, and includes a motor, thereby allowing the whole bed to be moved in a front and rear direction and an upper and lower direction. The bed has functions of bedding and reclining, so that the rear casters are moved backward in response to an angle for reclining a backrest. The bed also includes: a groove which is arranged under a seat, and to which the arm 14 of an arm lift is inserted when the bed is horizontally arranged; a wheelchair with a structure for horizontally lifting up the patient; and a toilet bowl to be used while staying lying, having a diaper cutter and the drain pump, functioned to cut the egesta and directly discharge the egesta with water, or a stool type toilet bowl to which a backrest raising gear arm is attached. Thus, the wheelchair, the bed, the bathtub, and the toilet bowl are connected with the arm lift, thereby allowing the carer to transfer the patient from the wheel chair to the bed.
