To easily select a motor for driving a fan, and to prevent the contamination of a cooled object.

This combined cooling device comprises a cooling chamber 2 receiving the cooled object 3, a cold air cooling means 5 for cooling the cooled object 3 by cold air, and a vacuum cooling means 4 for cooling the cooled object 3 in a vacuum, and further comprises the fan 13 disposed in the cooling chamber 2 for circulating the cold air, the motor 12 driving the fan 13, and an airtight sealing means 50 for air-tightly blocking the motor 12 to an inner space of the cooling chamber 2. Further the motor 12 is disposed outside the cooling chamber 2, the fan 13 and the motor 12 are connected by a rotating shaft penetrating through the chamber wall 51 of the cooling chamber 2, and the airtight sealing means 50 air-tightly seals a rotating shaft.
