Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve efficiency in the whole of plural shafts, and lengthen the service life by starting a shaft after the starting shaft to be started next time is selected from an average starting number deviation and a target efficiency deviation on respective shafts of a gas turbine by means of a fuzzy inference part. CONSTITUTION:A starting order computing means 2 inputs an average starting number deviation of an average starting number deviation computing means 3 and a target efficiency deviation of a target efficiency deviation computing means 4, and applies a fuzzy inference according to these data. Thereby, a gas turbine generator starting shaft to be started next time is determined. A knowledge base part 100 preserves the average starting number deviation Ne and the target efficiency deviation Ee on respective shafts as a knowledge base. A fuzzy inference part 110 infers a preferential degree of starting according to respective membership functions 111, and a respective shaft preferential degree determining part 120 determines preferential degrees of respective shafts. A preferential degree comparing part 130 compares the preferential degrees of the respective shafts with each other, and a starting shaft determining part 140 determines a shaft having the large preferential degree as the next starting shaft.
