Abstract:
To solve the problem of causing movement of marine organism or environmental destruction in a related art, in which since performance of a propulsion power screw of a ship is affected by float and sink of a hull, a ballast tank is installed in the ship to adjust the float and sink of the hull by supplying and discharging the water.
A device of the invention as propulsion power of a ship not using a screw is installed to a ship bottom, so that ballast water is not needed and the problem is solved.
