To provide a combined filament yarn for a woven or knitted fabric, having aesthetic properties such as high color developing properties, a fullness feeling, or a soft feeling compatible with quality such as friction resistance characteristics and ironing press mark resistance characteristics which are impossible in a conventional technique.

The combined filament yarn is a combined filament yarn 9 in which at least two polyester multifilament yarns A and B are combined, and satisfies 2 N/dtex strength. The single filament fineness of the multifilament yarn A composing a core part is 1 dtex, and the shrinkage percentage thereof in boiling water is 15%. The multifilament yarn B composing a sheath part comprises fine particles having 3% shrinkage percentage in boiling water and 0.02-0.1 m average primary particle diameter near the yarn surface.
