PURPOSE: To contrive to downside the device and to improve its heat exchange efficiency by a constitution wherein two kinds of fins, the pitches of which are inverse to each other, are arranged onto the upper surfaces of a rotatable heat exchange element consisting in annularly laminating plane sheets and corrugated sheets at it inner sides and outer sides.
CONSTITUTION: Fin plates 9 comprising the two kinds of the fins 5 and 6, the pitches of which are inverse to each other, are mounted onto the surfaces of the heat exchange element 7 consisting in annularly laminating the plane sheets and the corrugated sheets at its inner sides and outer sides. Due to the constitution as described above, because the two kinds of the fin plates 9, the pitches of which are inverse to each other, are rotated integrally with the heat exchange element 7 when said element 7 is rotated, the air stream (a) flowing from outside to inside and the air stream (b) flowing from inside to outside are generated so as to pass through the heat exchange element 7 in order to heat-exchange between said two air streams. Consequently, the heat exchange efficiency of the device can be improved in spite of its size is small.
