To provide a combined oil ring in which carbon sludge or the like is not accumulated between side rails and a spacer expander even if an internal combustion engine is operated for a long period of time.SOLUTION: A combined oil ring 10 having a spacer expander 12 arranged between a pair of upper and lower side rails 11 which are attached to an oil ring groove 3 of a piston 2, and also having lug parts 16 erectly arranged at end parts of an upper piece and a lower piece at an internal peripheral side, and pressing the side rails 11 comprises: a side rail support part 19 at an end part of at least one face out of an upper face of the upper piece 13 and a lower face of the lower piece 14 at an external peripheral side; a clearance forming part 20 which is formed while separating from the side rail support part in an axial direction at the upper face of the upper piece or the lower face of the lower piece so as to form a clearance between the upper face of the upper piece and the lower face of the lower piece. A groove communicating with penetration holes formed at the lug parts is formed at the clearance forming part along a radial direction, and an external peripheral side end part of the clearance forming part and a connecting part 21 are blocked without being opened to an external peripheral side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
