Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the expenditure of a die and to simplify the maintenance of the die, etc., by making one set of press die possible to execute plural kinds of working such as drawing, punching and bending.
SOLUTION: An upper die 3 supported movably in the press direction with a ram 2, an upper knife 10 having a blank holder 10a, a punching knife 10b and a bending knife 10c, supported movably in the press direction with the upper die 3, a lower die 5, a 1st lower knife 20 having a blank holder and a punching knife 20a and a 2nd lower knife 30 having a blank holder 30a both supported respectively movably in the pressing direction with the lower die 5, are provided, when the ram 2 is moved down one time, drawing executed between the upper die 3 and the lower die 5, punching executed between the punching knife 10b of the upper knife 10 and the punching knife 20a of the 1st lower knife 20, and bending executed between the bending knife 10c of the upper knife 10 and the lower die are executed continuously.
