Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combined vision system including means for correcting a displayed view.SOLUTION: The field of the present invention is a field of a combined vision system for a vehicle and a vehicle has a specific navigation direction. The system comprises at least a map database representing terrain where a vehicle goes over, means for geolocation of a vehicle, electronic means for computing an expression of a main parameter of a vehicle, graphic generator means for generating a three-dimensional synthetic expression of terrain, and a display device for displaying a three-dimensional synthetic expression in a specific field of view (FOV) and in a specific display direction. The system comprises means for correcting a display direction to be a different direction from the specific navigation direction of a vehicle, the correction means being manual or automatic, in which the display direction is a function of a steering or navigation direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
