Title:
COMBUSTION APPARATUS FOR LIQUEFIED PETROLEUM GAS
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS55123915
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To eliminate the need for devices such as a carbureter, etc. and a piping with a large aperture, to transport LPG under a stable condition and to burn the LPG, by a method wherein the LPG is transferred as it remains as it is a liquid.

CONSTITUTION: LPG in a storage tank 1 is pressurized so that the steam pressure of the LPG corresponding to the maximum temperature Ta of LPG in a piping 16 reach Pa or more, and the LPG is transferred to a fuel injection pump 11 as a stable liquid. The LPG reaching the fuel injectioln pump 11 is further pressurized, the pressure of the LPG is raised in order that the pressure reach pressure higher than the steam pressure Pb of the LPG corresponding to the maximum temperature Tb of the LPG in a piping reaching a liquid burner 12 from the fuel injection pump 11, and the LPG in the piping 17 is transported as a stable liquid. Thus, the LPG is carried without forming vapor lock in the piping 17, and burnt at the liquid burner 12.
