PURPOSE: To obtain the title apparatus wherein an odious smell in fire extinguishing is decreased or reduced to zero.
CONSTITUTION: In the action of fire extinguishing, fuel supply from a fuel pump 21 is stopped and a brake is applied to a blower 24 for combustion, and thus the flow rate of air is decreased. The amount of combustion air to be supplied within a time until combustion air supply is stopped after the extinction of flames, is made sufficiently smaller than the volume of a combustion chamber 42, and unburned gas generated in fire extinguishing is allowed to remain behind in a vaporizer 1, in a combustion chamber 42 and in the vicinity thereof. In this way, the unburned gas remains behind in the vaporizer 1, in the combustion chamber 42, and the vicinity thereof, and hence a bad odor which users smell decreases.
