Abstract:
To improve the exhaust gas characteristic of a combustion device by supplying oxygen-enriched air 11.
A combustion apparatus comprises a distributor 9 to inject fuel in the circumferential direction, an air injection unit 10 to inject air in the center direction from the circumference so as to surround the distributor 9, an air chamber 18 provided on the upstream side of the air injection unit 10, an oxygen-enrichment unit 21 to supply oxygen-enriched air 24 to the air chamber 18, and an air feeding means 20 to feed air 11 to the oxygen-enrichment unit 21. By supplying oxygen-enriched air 11 to the air chamber 18, the temperature of flame 12 is raised to improve the exhaust gas characteristic.
