Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate some defects that some foreign materials are easily clogged at an inside part of a flame hole 4a since a carry-over burner 4 has the slit flame hole 4a of narrow clearance, and clogging of foreign materials causes a time required for carry-over ignition to be extended, and a poor convenience in use occurs if the entire unit is prohibited against its use due to requirement of time for performing a carry-over ignition even if the carry-over ignition from a gas burner 32 to a gas burner 33 can be performed.SOLUTION: When a gas burner 32 in one system is kept under combustion state and a carry-over occurs from a gas burner 33 in other system to a gas burner 34 through a carry-over burner 4, a time required from starting the carry-over ignition to a confirmation of ignition of the gas burner 34 is measured and when the time required for confirmation of ignition is longer than a prescribed reference time, at least a supplying amount of gas to the carry-over burner 4 is increased when a subsequent carry-over ignition is performed.
