Abstract:
To provide a combustion burner and a boiler having the combustion burner capable of preventing the tip side of a fuel nozzle from heat deforming while restricting the rise of temperature at the end face of the fuel gas flow direction of a flame holder.SOLUTION: A combustion burner 20 comprises: a fuel nozzle 20 for blowing fuel gas mixed with fuel and air into the furnace; and flame holders 21 and 22 disposed in the fuel nozzle 20 and a longitudinal axis is provided extending between the opposing walls of the fuel nozzle 20, and having widening parts 21a and 22a whose width increases in a fuel gas flow direction. In the flame holders 21 and 22, the end face on the downstream side in the fuel gas flow direction is disposed at a position retracted from the tip of the fuel nozzle 20 to the upstream side in the fuel gas flow direction, and includes first support plates 26a and 26b that are in contact with the opposing wall parts and extend from the tip of the fuel nozzle 20 to the upstream side in the fuel gas flow direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
