Abstract:
Combustion chamber, in particular for use in association with high- speed burners, with a housing (2) delimiting an axial tunnel (3) and with an insert (4) which is held in the housing, designed as a hollow body, includes a nozzle opening (5) which adjoins the tunnel and is coaxial with the housing axis (11), and is delimited by end faces (6, 7) which are perpendicular to the housing axis. For reliable fixing of the insert (4) in the housing seat and for simplifying replacement of the insert, the latter (4) is aligned on a longitudinal axis (14) which runs at an angle to the two end faces (6, 7) and is inclined at an acute angle ( alpha ) to the housing axis (11).
