Abstract:
To provide an injector and a combustion chamber structure of a direct injection engine, which can suppress adhering of deposits to the vicinity of a fuel injection hole.SOLUTION: An injector 20 is attached to a combustion chamber 11 of an engine and directly injects fuel into the combustion chamber 11 from a fuel injection hole 24 disposed on a wall surface of the combustion chamber 11. In the injector, at least one groove 30 extending in one direction is formed in a peripheral region 26 of the fuel injection hole 24.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
