Abstract:

To provide a combustion control method for a circulation fluidized bed incinerator in which discharge of environment contaminating substances and deposition of clinker onto a cyclone inner wall are prevented with simplified means.

A circulation fluidized bed incinerator T is adapted such that it includes a riser 1 to which there are supplied combustion air composed of fluid air and secondary air, a fluid medium, a combustion improver, and waste, and a cyclone 10 for separating a solid fraction in a fluid medium, etc., discharged from the riser 1 together with combustion waste gas and sending the solid fraction to the riser. In the incinerator, the amount of supply of the combustion improver to the riser 1 is controlled by outlet portion temperature T1 of the riser 1, and the amount of supply of secondary air to the riser is controlled with residual oxygen concentration in the combustion waste gas from the cyclone. Further, combustion waste gas temperature T2 at the outlet of the cyclone is measured, and a temperature difference between the temperature T2 and the combustion waste gas temperature at the riser outlet portion is calculated, and based upon the temperature difference the amount of supply of the waste to the riser 1 is controlled.
