To provide a combustion control method and a combustion control device of a stoker type incinerator which prevents reduction in a generating steam flow rate of a boiler by quickly and surely performs recovering operation to the reduction in the generating steam flow rate of the boiler by quickly and surely detecting the reduction in the generating steam flow rate of the exhaust gas heat recovering boiler and the cause by a combustion state in a stoker furnace.
This stoker type incinerator recovers exhaust gas heat via a secondary combustion chamber by the boiler by performing primary combustion by supplying primary air from a primary air pipe in a combustibles layer inputted on a stoker from a combustibles hopper, and performing secondary combustion by the secondary combustion chamber, and is characterized by performing operation for releasing blocking-up of a combustibles supply device when the area of a low temperature area is smaller than the reference area, and a generating steam quantity of the boiler is not more than a reference steam quantity by calculating the area of the low temperature area not higher than a reference temperature by detecting the surface temperature distribution of the combustibles layer on the stoker.
