Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain stably a desired thrown-in heat quantity by extrapolating an average forecasting heating value at a new control time interval based on an average heating value at a past control time interval. CONSTITUTION:A fuel gas is thrown into a coke oven 4 through a main pipe 1, a gas pipe 2 and a flow rate governor valve 3. This heating value is detected by a calorimeter 5 and supplied to a heating value forecasting operator 6, and by synchronizing with a timing signal from a control timing signal generator 7, an average forecasting heating value Dm at a new control time interval is calculated at every control time interval T, and supplied to a flow rate control setting operator 8. It is calculated together with a data of a thrown-in heat quantity E from a thrown-in heat quantity operator 9, a fuel gas flow rate V is set, and it is supplied to a flow rate controller 10. Also, a flow rate of said fuel gas is detected by a flow rate sensor 13 and supplied to the flow rate controller 10, compared and calculated with an output of said setting operator 8, and a flow rate at a new control time interval is controlled through the flow rate governor valve 3 so that both of them coincide with each other.
