Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combustion device with a highly efficient heat exchanging section.SOLUTION: A combustion device 11 comprises: a combustion chamber 21; a combustion section 31 which is installed below the combustion chamber 21 to combust solid fuel with the same placed thereon; a combustion air supply section 41 which blows air into the combustion section 31; a heat exchange section 51 which is installed in a liquid chamber 53, lateral to the combustion chamber 21, storing liquid heated by smoke pipes 52 with combustion gas flowing therein, has a plurality of input side smoke pipes 521 where the combustion gas flows from an upper section of the combustion chamber 21 to a lower section thereof and a plurality of discharge side smoke pipes 522 where the combustion gas reaching the lower section flows upward to the upper section, and allows the combustion gas generated in the combustion chamber 21 to heat the fluid; and spiral materials 54 installed in the respective smoke pipes 52.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
