PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combustion heater and exhaust gas combustion equipment capable of positively igniting inflammable gas, stable in combustion efficiency, dispensing with igniting gas equipment, and easily assembled and disassembled.
SOLUTION: This combustion heater 30 is provided with a heater source 32 comprising a cylindrical heating wire holder 33 and a heating wire 34 wound around the outer periphery of the heating wire holder, and a heater cap 31 for covering the heater source. The inflammable gas is ignited and burned outside the heater cap 31 heated by the heating wire 34. The combustion heater 30 is further provided with a cylindrical heater support 46 for supporting the heater source 32 covered with the heater cap 31, and a highly insulating cylindrical heater holder 41 provided between the cylindrical heater support 46 and the heater source 32 to coaxially and linearly connect the heater support 46 and the heater source 32. The lower part of the heater source 32 fitted into the upper part of the heater holder 41 is connected to the heater holder 41 by a screw 44, and the upper part of the heater support 46 fitted into the lower part of the heater holder 41 is connected to the heater holder 41 by a screw 44. The heater cap 31 covering the heater source 32 is locked at the upper opening end of the heater holder 41.
