Title:
COMBUSTION PROCESS APPLICABLE TO PRODUCTION OF CEMENT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2001064049
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a combustion process particularly applicable to cement production, which enables stable flame ignition and a high degree of combustion by using a hardly ignitable fuel.

This process in which a hardly ignitable fuel is preferably used, involves forming a flame having a first zone 26 and a second zone 25, wherein, the first zone 26 is a high temperature zone formed by using a flame of an oxygen fuel; and the hardly ignitable fuel is preheated by the flame of the oxygen fuel to an appropriate temperature in the second zone 25 in which a main flame is formed by combusting the hardly ignitable fuel with air. The process can be used in a wide variety of application fields such as cement, metallurgy and glass.
