Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combustion volume reduction device performing treatment to incineration ash and exhaust smoke generated by combustion of wastes, without relying on manpower.SOLUTION: A combustion volume reduction device 20 includes: an incinerator 1 combusting flammable wastes to perform volume reduction; an ejector 2 driven by pressurized water, suctioning smoke containing dust generated in the incinerator 1, and discharging mixed water containing smoke; a water tank 3 to the inside of which the mixed water is discharged, and from the upper part of which dust and smoke are removed; and a drive pump 4 pressurizing water in the water tank 3 to supply it to the ejector 2. The combustion volume reduction device also includes an incineration ash recovery device 10 connected to the incinerator 1 and the ejector 2, and suctioning and recovering incineration ash 1a generated in the incinerator 1 with negative pressure generated in the ejector 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
