Abstract:
To obtain a combustor capable of making a thermal load of a furnace uniform over a lengthwise direction of the furnace when used in a furnace smoke pipe boiler.SOLUTION: A column-shaped burner 24 is installed sideways in a sideways combustion chamber 15. To the burner 24, premixed gas of fuel gas and combustion air is supplied. The burner 24 blows out the premixed gas in a circumferential direction and a lengthwise direction of a column to form flame in the circumferential direction and the lengthwise direction of the external surface of the column.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
