Abstract:

PURPOSE: To prevent an exhaust gas from deteriorating by keeping a temperature in a combustor at a specified temperature regardless of the degree of a load.

CONSTITUTION: A cyclone dust separator 25 is connected to a combustor 21 which has a dense bed 29 on the bottom and a water screen 22 on the internal surface, and a separated circulating bed material 30 is fed to the combustor 21 for a circulating fluidized bed boiler. For such a circulating fluidized bed boiler, the internal surface of the water screen of the combustor 21 is covered by a refractory material, and the circulating bed material 30 which is separated by the cyclone dust separator 25 is constituted to be fed in the combustor 21 by an external heat-exchanger 27, and the heat-obsorption amount in the external heat-exchanger 27 is made larger when a boiler load is large.
